A contemporary sanctuary of colour, timber and patterned screens - worship architecture with a civic presence on the street.
For ICGC Weija, Viarch designed a compact urban church that reads as both sanctuary and landmark. Vertical timber, coloured volumes and a filigree screen give the elevation depth without excess. The plan organises narthex, nave and ancillary rooms for a growing congregation, with engineering and cost held in-house so the building could be tendered with certainty.
