Methodology
From signed contract to monthly site meetings - a method that keeps cost, quality and time in the same conversation.
Phase I
After the signed contract we gather site, regulation and programme information; prepare area estimates, a cost plan and a work schedule; and develop a conceptual layout with perspective or model. Two client adjustments are included - each returned within two weeks of approval.
Phase II
Detail, proportion and dimension. We coordinate every engineering system, issue outline specifications, and confirm interior details - cabinets, cupboards, wardrobes, selected walls - before construction drawings begin.
Phase III
All architectural and engineering drawings and documents required by the approving authorities. The set that gets built.
Phase IV
Approximate cost by square metre across architectural, structural, sanitary, electrical and mechanical drawings. Contract documents and specifications. Guidance through evaluation and contractor award.
Phase V
Periodic supervision, mandatory monthly meetings chaired by the architect, minutes circulated, progress reports looking three weeks ahead. We review drawings, materials and tests, and keep the work orderly through handover.
